Controller Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting
• Support production and operations with financial analysis and business insights
• Strengthen internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance

Controller Qualifications

• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong inventory and cost accounting background
• Previous leadership experience managing an accounting team
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations with financial reporting and analysis
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
• Sage 50 experience preferred (similar manufacturing ERP systems considered)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range

$130,000-$145,000 + up to 10% annual bonus #INSEP2026
