What they need
KBW is working with an established manufacturing company in the Seacoast NH area looking to add a strong Controller to its leadership team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead the accounting function while partnering closely with the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong manufacturing accounting background
- Controller-level leadership and team management experience
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting
- Experience with IFRS and US GAAP
- Ability to improve processes, controls, and reporting
- Strong operational and cross-functional business partnership skills
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote after training
Compensation: $140K–$165K + bonus
