Controller Responsibilities

Oversight of all day to day office and accounting functions
Preparation and analyzing of financial statements that are completed in a timely manner
Manages and trains office staff
Comply with local, state and federal reporting requirements and tax fillings
Maintain effective cash flow management
Communicate with other departments on a regular basis
Perform reconciliations of bank statements, schedules and other accounts
Ensure records are maintained in orderly, current and accurate fashion
Figure month end commissions
Process inter-company transactions
Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies

Controller Requirements

Minimum 4 Year Accounting Degree
Skilled in Microsoft office and accounting programs
Effective Communication Skills
Highly professional
Dependable
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Working knowledge of dealership financial statements and other financial information
Positive attitude
