What You'll Be Doing

• Own P&L management, including revenue, margins, and profitability analysis
• Lead month-end and year-end close
• Manage AR, AP, and a small team executing those processes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Build financial dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs from the ground up
• Track and analyze job-level profitability across restoration projects
• Establish stronger financial controls and scalable accounting processes

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Background in construction, restoration, or home services
• Job costing/ WIP/ percentage of completion accounting experience - REQUIRED
• Strong QuickBooks or equivalent ERP experience is a plus
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience building dashboards or KPIs is a plus
