Summary

The Controller owns day to day accounting, leads a small team covering accounts payable and accounts receivable, and makes sure the books close accurately and on time each month.

This is a chance to own the accounting function for a facility in growth mode and work directly with leadership rather than through layers of process.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close
• Manage two direct reports in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Support reporting to the parent organization
• Partner with leadership on process improvement as the business grows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience owning or leading a monthly close
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is a plus

This is an in-office role based in the Easley area, Monday through Friday.
