Controller

Interested in the opportunity to join a growing, family-owned RV dealership group with multiple locations throughout the Pacific Northwest? Our client is looking for a Controller who will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations while leading a team responsible for dealership accounting, reporting, reconciliations, cash management, floorplan administration, payroll support and financial controls.

Ideal candidate will have dealership accounting experience (automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports, Truck, Heavy Equipment preferred).

Required

5+ years of progressive accounting experience within an RV, automotive, powersports, marine, truck, equipment dealership, inventory-intensive distribution, equipment rental, leasing, or other high-volume operational accounting environment.

2+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Office Manager, Group Controller, or similar accounting leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Inventory and asset accounting Financing and lending relationships, Accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, Cash management and bank reconciliations, Internal controls and process governance, financial statement preparation and analysis.

Salary plus benefits included $130 - $155k.
