- Financial reporting (standard and ad hoc/analytics)
- Cash Flow
- Budgeting
- Commercial Insurance
- Collaboration with all other department heads including overseas sourcing office
- Organizational
- Literate and communicative with all ranks
- Problem solver
- Ability to work closely with company CEO
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 5-8 years' of finance leadership experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
