The Controller Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will oversee factory accounting operations and contribute to consolidated financial reporting across the manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to improve margins, productivity, cost control, and financial performance.
• Maintain robust internal controls, manage audit activities, and oversee relevant tax and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team across general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Drive automation, systems enhancements, data analytics, and finance process transformation.
• Deliver actionable financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.

What You’ll Bring The successful Controller will be a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and a strong background in manufacturing. You will combine excellent US GAAP and cost accounting knowledge with proven leadership, commercial acumen, and experience driving process improvement and technology adoption.
