What they need
Controller | Fromage Spa LLC (Green Bay, WI area)
We’re looking for a hands-on Controller who can take handle the books, payroll, and day-to-day finance operations.
What you’ll do
- Own all in-house bookkeeping and the monthly close
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Run payroll and related compliance
- Negotiate with vendors and manage key supplier relationships
- Implement and improve accounting, billing, and reporting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
- Produce accurate financials and clear cash flow visibility
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking staff as needed
What we’re looking for
- Strong controller or senior bookkeeping experience
- Solid QuickBooks skills and hands-on accounting ability
- Experience with payables, receivables, payroll, and vendor management
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the numbers.
- Comfortable in a family-owned business environment
