Controller

Eurofirms, in partnership with one of our clients, a leading company in the printing and document solutions industry, is looking for a PSI Controller to join its Supply Chain / Demand Planning team in Brazil.

About the Role

The professional will be responsible for demand forecasting, purchasing planning, inventory management, and leading the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between sales performance, purchasing decisions, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor demand forecasts, sales performance, and purchasing plans.

• Lead monthly S&OP/PSI meetings, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and international teams.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, backorders, and risks related to overstock and obsolescence.

• Analyze actual sales versus planned targets, identifying deviations, financial impacts, and improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate purchasing and import planning, monitoring lead times, shipments in transit, and factory constraints.

• Maintain accurate product and cost databases, preparing reports and KPIs to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, purchasing, sales analysis, or production planning, preferably in an industrial or technology company.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and assess financial and operational impacts.

• Intermediate to advanced English and Portuguese proficiency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
