Controller | Greater Chattanooga Area

I’m partnering with a well-established construction contractor in the greater Chattanooga area on a search for a Controller . This is a great opportunity for an accounting leader with construction industry experience who wants to own the accounting function , lead a small team, and partner directly with the President.

The ideal background includes strong experience with construction accounting , WIP , percentage-of-completion accounting , cash flow management , and overall financial leadership. CPA is strongly preferred.

What makes this opportunity especially compelling is the lifestyle piece: this company offers excellent work/life balance for someone who wants to be a high-level professional without sacrificing having a life outside of work . They also provide company-paid family healthcare coverage , strong overall benefits, excellent salary and bonus potential, and a close-knit culture with many long-term employees.

If you’re a construction accounting leader looking for a role with impact, stability, and a healthier balance, let’s connect.
