Controller Development Program

The program offers rotations within the CFO’s organization as you build experience leading to senior management positions throughout the company. Positions will change every 12-24 months on average based on your ability to take on new challenges. They look for bright, driven, global thinkers with a long-term vision to grow their careers.

There is a need today in the DFW metroplex. Requires a CPA or CPA candidate with 1-3 years public accounting (audit or tax), corporate or operational accounting experience. You will gain experience in the following:

• Operational Accounting
• Budgeting/ Forecasting
• FP&A
• General Accounting
• Manufacturing Accounting
• Management roles
