Controller Global Calculation (m/f)

Our engineers who are based in Zagreb, Osijek, and remote locations in Croatia work on innovative development projects and collaborate closely with teams in Germany. With over 230 employees and growing, our Croatian team plays a key role in shaping cutting-edge technologies. For our office in Zagreb, dSPACE is seeking for motivated professional for the role of Controller Global Calculation (m/f) .

Responsibilities:

• Support roll-out of global Sales-Quotation calculation-process
• Support Governance of global calculation-process
• Perform E-2-E profitability analysis for (important) global Sales-Quotations
• Managing overview of open/on-going global Calculation-Requests
• Prepare standardized data collection for Discount-Approval-Decision-Meeting
• Calculating COGS for dSPACE HW products within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• COGS related Data-Analysis within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Continuous improvement of Calculation tools & processes
• Alignment with various stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Controlling, Engineering) of dSPACE Group

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable academic field
• Experience in a Finance Department of a manufacturing company
• Experience with ERP-system (FO “nice-to-have”)
• Basic knowledge of COGS calculation
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Enjoy working in cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Willingness of process orientated working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft® Office, especially Excel®
• Very good English language skills, German language helpful (not mandatory)
