The Impact You Will Create

• Budget & Forecast Management: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end budget process, financial planning, and forecasting in close collaboration with cross-functional departmental leaders.
• Variance & KPI Analysis: Monitor budget-to-actual comparisons to identify deviations, track corrective action plans, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) through regular evaluations and statistics.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports, management dashboards, and accounting records in compliance with internal schedules and accounting guidelines.
• Executive & Regional Support: Provide actionable insights and strategic financial analysis to the leadership team and the HUB International Controlling Team to support business decision-making and HR/resource planning.
• Data Consolidation: Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data across various business units to assess performance and advise on operational accounting procedures.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Perform detailed analyses of business process requirements to identify, validate, and document FI/CO-related solutions.

Experience And Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting , Business Administration , or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial controlling , accounting , financial analysis , or similar.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ( FI/CO/BW modules) is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides for financial modeling and data presentation.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting operations , variance analysis , financial reporting , and cost control principles .
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and economic thinking .
• Ability to approach tasks with a "big-picture" view while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Proactive self-starter comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating financial/technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong desire to continuously develop technical expertise in SAP FI/CO systems and financial consulting.
