Controller - Rapidly Growing Health Tech Company!

My client, a rapidly growing Health Tech Company in Boston is hiring a Corporate Controller who will report to the CFO. The Corporate Controller will handle all things accounting related including Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Process Improvement, Policies/Procedures, External Audit and a whole lot more! Additionally, the Controller will oversee a staff of accounting professionals and help support their rapid growth and possible IPO down the road.

This company has been growing very nicely over the past several years, is a global company, they are profitable, offer very nice growth potential, excellent benefits, a nice culture/work life balance and alot more!

To be qualified for this position, you need to have around 8-12+ years of accounting experience, experience working in a very fast paced / early stages company, have strong leadership experience & skills, strong policies/procedures experience and previous public accounting firm experience is a plus.
