They are currently seeking a high-caliber Financial Planning and Analysis Controller to join the expanding regional finance team.

About the Team

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for planning and managing the company’s overall financial performance. Act as a strategic business partner in key operational decisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain deep insights into business operations, work on cross-functional projects, and develop a comprehensive finance skill set for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the full planning cycle, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Monitoring and evaluating key business drivers through detailed data analysis.
• Delivering financial dashboards, reports, and strategic commentary to business leaders.
• Supporting regional deliverables, including the consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business results.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support corporate projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 5- 8 years of solid experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to see the "big picture" and work in a fast-paced environment.
