Job Title: Airport Movement Controller

Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 6 days a week, 10 hours per day

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and alert Movement Controllers to join our airport operations team. You will coordinate the movement of aircraft, vehicles, staff and equipment on the apron and ramp so that flights are handled safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures and parking stand allocation
• Coordinate with ATC, airline representatives, ground handling and security teams
• Direct and track movement of ground vehicles and equipment on the airside
• Keep accurate logs of flight movements, delays and incidents
• Communicate clearly by radio and phone during all operations
• Report safety hazards and make sure airside safety rules are followed
• Prepare daily shift reports and hand over properly to the next shift

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Aviation Management or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in airport, airline or ground handling operations preferred; fresh graduates with strong aviation interest may also apply
• Good spoken and written English and Urdu
• Familiarity with radio communication and airside safety procedures
• Able to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays as required
