Controls / BMS Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own the building management and plant control systems: sensors, controllers, sequences, and alarm management for power and cooling.

What you'll do:

• Maintain and tune BMS/plant control systems and instrumentation
• Manage alarm rationalization and trending
• Support sequence testing during commissioning
• Coordinate controls vendors and integrators
• Maintain controls documentation and backups

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
