Controls Engineer/电控工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• SRM project detailed Hardware/Program (Controls) design based on project requirement, including Electrical, control cabinet, peripheral hardware, PLC program etc.; 基于项目需求，进行堆垛机项目的方案电控（电控）的细化设计，包括电气，控制柜，外围硬件，PLC程序等；
• Be responsible for technical confirmation of BOM from project orders 负责工厂项目订单的电气BOM技术确认
• Building electrical Bom for control cabinets of all products and provide quotation

建立所有产品的电控柜电气BOM并负责报价

• Be responsible for testing work of all products for pre-factory

负责所有产品出厂前的测试工作

• Maintain assembly instructions and provide related training to electricians

维护电气安装作业指导书，并给电工提供培训

• Support P&D department as required

根据需要支持产品研发部门的工作

• Support on NPI (new product introduction) 支持新产品导入
• Deal with technical issues from production and project site

处理生产和项目现场的技术问题

• Tools or process improvement for higher efficiency 工具及流程的优化，以实现整体的效率提升
• Communicate with other counter-part teams for executing the project based on the process 按照基本流程与其他部门沟通推进项目执行
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他主管分配的任务。 技能要求：
• Be familiar with EPLAN and AutoCAD software

熟悉使用EPLAN和AutoCAD软件

• Be familiar with siemens PLC (TIA Portal) and inverter(S120/G120) and Danfoss inverter (FC301/302) 熟悉西门子PLC编程和变频器（西门子/丹佛斯）的运用
• Good communication and teamwork skills, Detailed orientated with good problem-solving skills. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，工作认真仔细，良好的解决问题能力。
• Forward thinking & Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with strong sense of responsibility. 思维敏捷、积极主动、行动力强、责任性强。
• Good written English and basic oral communication

• Ready for occasional business trip

能配合临时的出差 7. 3-5 years above experience in automation or electrical engineering.

3-5年以上自动化和电气工程相关工作经验

• Experience in SRM hardware design and testing is preferred 有堆垛机硬件设计，测试经验者优先
• Be familiar with SRM Hardware, testing and PLC program 熟悉堆垛机的硬件、测试及程序
• Bachelor Education, Major: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related major; 本科以上学历，专业：机械，电气，自动化，机电一体化等相关专业
