Location: Nashville, TN — Onsite
Contract: 16–18 weeks design-to-commissioning, with possible C2H
Max Rate: $80/hr
Experience: 5–10 years
Visa: US Citizen / Green Card

Must-Have
- Custom automation experience — not production support
- PLC / HMI programming
- Beckhoff strongly preferred
- If no Beckhoff:
o Strong Rockwell
o Structured Text or C#
o Must be open to Beckhoff training
- Genuine interest in debugging/support
- Cognex vision is a plus
Travel Requirements — Critical
- Project installation: Baja, Mexico
- Valid U.S. passport required
- Approximately 6–8 weeks in Mexico per rotation
- Travel expected roughly 50%
- Design phase: 40–50 hrs/week
- Commissioning: 50–60 hrs/week
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
