Controls Engineer (Electrical)

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Develop and program HVAC control systems, HMI graphics, and remote monitoring systems.
• Prepare technical documents such as control system descriptions, operation manuals, and I/O lists.
• Develop software for standard and customized HVAC projects, based on customer requirements and applicable standards.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Warranty, and customers when required.
• Work with the Purchasing team to evaluate and select suitable electrical/control components and suppliers.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement projects.
• Take on other engineering responsibilities as required by the Control Engineering team.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good programming skills in Logic Gates, Ladder Diagram, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols is an advantage.
• Experience in electrical circuit design is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, innovative, independent, and a good team player.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on engineering environment.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
