Controls Program Manager (Remote Eligible, U.S.)

For our client, we are seeking a Controls Program Manager (Remote Eligible, U.S.) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead program management efforts for new product introduction initiatives, helping ensure engineered systems move from development through delivery with strong execution and governance. The position requires close coordination across engineering functions, schedules, budgets, and risk management to keep complex programs on track. The ideal candidate will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to support compliance, resolve dependencies, and drive timely outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,200 – $188,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for assigned new product introduction projects
• Maintain internal and external project schedules to support timely deliverables
• Validate resource assignments and manage budget adherence
• Guide teams through new product introduction development while ensuring engineering policy compliance
• Coordinate activities across engineering sub-functions to meet project deadlines
• Manage program risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively
• Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and project execution capabilities
• Experience in electronic hardware and software development
