Controls Technician

## Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems and equipment issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Document all maintenance activities and system changes.
- Assist in the development and testing of new control strategies.
- Provide technical support to production teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

  ## **Qualifications**
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
