Controls/Instrument Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Controls/Instrument Engineer for a client located near Upper Chichester, PA. The position would be long-term contract to start but could eventually become permanent. It would be a Mon-Fri on-site position with every other Friday off. The person should have solid PLC and Instrument experience.

Pay Rate Range: $40-60/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Controls/Instrument Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Instrument and controls engineering support on capital projects
• Support and troubleshoot PLC's
• Special projects such as a PLC upgrades

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PLC skills and experience
• Design skills
• Industrial environment experience
• Manufacturing or oil and gas experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's and experience could
