A store Manager is hired to fill a Manager position when one becomes available. During their training they will learn all the responsibilities and duties that a Store Manager does. A few of these responsibilities are included but are not limited to:

• Doing paperwork timely and accurately
• Ordering and checking merchandise according to Company procedures
• Orientation and training new employees properly
• Keeping price book and policies and procedures manual current
• Making sure all store daily deposits are taken to the bank on weekdays and weekends-absolutely no exceptions
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable inventory loss controls
• Fulfilling company standards and job responsibilities
• Responsible for great customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
