We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Assistant Manager to join our convenience store chain in Hendersonville, NC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting store operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage daily store activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support cash management procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Assist in scheduling and labor management to optimize store performance.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a convenience store or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
