As a Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for handling qualified leads, establishing strong relationships with potential clients and converting prospects into active customers.

You will work within a professional and regulated environment , following company procedures and compliance standards.

Requirements Previous experience in FX / Financial Services / B2C Sales Proven experience in lead conversion and closing Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent Communication Skills In The Required Language Target-driven and highly motivated

Professional, confident and persuasive personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Strong work ethic and team mentality
