Conversion Analyst in Commercial Services/BPaaS focuses on client success during software rollout, acting as a consultant to map client data/processes to solutions (like Image Professional Services), creating conversion roadmaps, performing data analysis/reconciliation, training users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration for financial institutions, requiring strong technical/analytical skills and client communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties (Based on Job Postings):

• Onboarding clients to image solutions like Image centre / CCF/FXD solutions (e.g., remittance, remote deposit capture), managing project plans, scope, budget, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Gather and confirm requirements End to End solutions
• Project Planning for onboarding or Migration
• Review and determine solutions
• BPaaS Integration: Working within the Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) framework to deliver streamlined, outsourced solutions for middle/back-office functions.

• Assist with testing and set up
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with clients, internal development, sales, and managed service teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience : Background in US Fintech/Banking , check processing and software domain with proven experience in implementations and conversions
• wTechnical Aptitude : Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge technical and business teams.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, often in fast-paced, high-complexity environments. Manage risk, budget , timelines, key deliverables
• Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with payment processing (credit card, ACH) is often preferred.
• People Management : Managing team of leads and project management, second point of escalation , high interaction with clients
• Manage risk,budget, timelines and delivery of the project
