Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaker
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Conversion and/or Retention
• Previous experience in the FX industry is essential
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Highly motivated, ambitious and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Professional and confident communication style
