Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conversion Rate Optimization role based in Ahmedabad. The Conversion Rate Optimization specialist will analyze user behavior and performance data across Shopify and Shopify Plus stores to identify opportunities to improve conversions, revenue, and user experience. Daily tasks include designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing funnels and landing pages, and collaborating with designers, developers, and account managers to implement data-driven changes. The role involves setting measurable CRO goals, creating testing roadmaps, monitoring key metrics through web analytics tools, and preparing clear reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist will also contribute to CRO best practices, document learnings, and support continuous improvement for ecommerce clients across global markets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Web Analytics expertise to interpret data, track user behavior, and measure test performance.
• Hands-on experience in Conversion Optimization and Data Conversion techniques to improve funnels, forms, and onsite journeys.
• Effective Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explain complex findings in simple terms.
• Experience with A/B testing tools, experimentation frameworks, and ecommerce analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify analytics).
• Understanding of ecommerce UX/UI principles, user journeys, and best practices for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in CRO for ecommerce or digital agencies and familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is an advantage.
