Conversion Staff

• In-charge of processing the issuance of individual titles of the project

• Facilities the transfer of titles and Tax Declaration of HDF and In-house accounts;

• Responsible for the request of the owner's copy of individual Transfer Certificate of Title, and Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration and Transfer Certificate title;

• Encodes payments request based on processed accounts for BIR, City Treasurer's Office, and Register of Deeds payments;

• Prepares liquidation for transaction, encodes Transfer Certificate of Title in/out transactions, and Tax Declaration in/out transactions for current accounts;

• Compile all the necessary documents for BIR, City Treasurer's Office, Register of Deeds filing and payments

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledgeable in BIR and Register of Deeds processes
• Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Flexible and Can Multi-task
• With Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Knowledgeable in BIR online filing and payment of taxes
• Able to relate and deal effectively in Government Agencies
