Your impact on the floor

• Support corrugating and converting equipment through setup, operation assistance, and cleanup
• Keep work areas orderly while following safety and housekeeping standards
• Partner with operators and helpers to meet quality and throughput goals

What we’re looking for

• Manufacturing background preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Available to work weekends in our 24/7 plant
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong communicator and dependable teammate
• Willing to cross-train across multiple positions
• Can accurately read and use measuring devices
• Read, write, and speak English
• Follow all Company policies and procedures, with emphasis on safety and good housekeeping

How to qualify

• Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations test and Interview.
• Background & health screening: Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen and Background Check, prior to starting work.
