What they need
Responsibilites:
- Lead converting operations for flexible packaging products.
- Drive production efficiency, machine utilization and yield while minimizing scrap and material wastage.
- Ensure converted products meet customer specifications, quality standards and delivery requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency and overall equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in flexible plastic packaging.
- Good understanding of flexible packaging processes, film structures and converting operations.
- Strong leadership, production planning and problem-solving skills.
