What they need
Conveyancer required for small but busy department of a high street firm. The successful applicant will have experience of managing own caseload and be confident in dealing with a range of transactions including leaseholds, newbuilds and corporate purchasers.
All levels of PQE will be considered although sufficient prior experience of conveyancing work is a pre-requisite.
Some experience of dealing with wills and probate matters would be an advantage but not essential.
Salary dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
