Job Description

Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities:

• To attend to SPA and loan related matters especially for sub-sales from preparation, stamping, land office related dealings till the completion of the files ;
• To attend to SPA Handling sub-sales with minimum supervision and can work independently;
• Preparation and advise to bank for disbursement of loan and overseeing its processes from initial to completion stage with minimum supervision;
• To closely monitor files to meet the required timeline;
• Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers and/or Developers.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in conveyancing for sub-sale matters;
• Familiar and well versed with the related procedures and process for SPA and loan matters;
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Fluent and good command in English and Bahasa Melayu including speaking and writing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude and good manners;
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently;
• Meticulous in work and able to strictly adhere to the timeline of files;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
