Well established Conveyancing Law Firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant....

The Role
 
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support 3 Paralegals of a Conveyancing Law firm.  Duties include -  

• First and final letters
• Following up on outstanding conditions
• Dealing with Brokers, Solicitors, Clients
• Setting up for PEXA Settlements
• On line searches
• On line stamping
• Using Tri Conveyancing precedents

Your experience
 
You will have 1 year Conveyancing Assistant experience.  You will also have very good customer service skills and time management skills.
 
The Law Firm / Salary
 
Well established progressive conveyancing firm based at Redland Bay.    Relaxed and cohesive work environment.  Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($65,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation).
