Conveyancing Clerk

Description:

·   To handle all range of conveyancing matters, includes preparation of SPA and Loan Documentations, State Authority Consent forms etc.

·         To attend signings for sale and purchase agreement and loan documents.

·         To attend clients, financial institutions, developers, state authorities, correspondences and any relevant authorities.

·         To handle in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so.

Requirement:

·         Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma.

·         Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

·         Have decent interpersonal skills, team player and responsible.

·         Able to work independently with high degree professionalism and integrity.
