Our Area of Practice: Conveyancing, Corporate Matter, General Litigation, Criminal Litigation.

We are an established legal firm based in Bukit Indah, Iskandar Puteri, seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing matters including SPA, loan documentation for various banks, and sub-sale files.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, and relevant authorities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyancing practice.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
• Computer literate with good documentation and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple files efficiently.
