Position: Conveyancing Lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Handle sub-sale, project, loan, and refinancing matters.
- Prepare and review SPA, loan documentation, and other conveyancing documents.
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities.
- Manage files independently and ensure timely completion of transactions.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Practising Certificate (PC).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in conveyancing matters.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Responsible, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines.
