Hi , We’re Hiring Conveyancing Lawyer!
We are looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team.
If you are a suitable candidate with relevant experience and a strong interest in conveyancing work, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
Qualified lawyer with at least two (2) years experience in conveyancing practice.
Experience in handling sale and purchase transactions, loan documentation and related conveyancing matters.
Familiar with the subsale , project procedures and requirements of relevant government authorities, land offices, and financial institutions.
Able to manage conveyancing files from commencement to completion.
Able to handle and manage multiple files efficiently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with clients, bankers, agents
Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and committed to delivering quality work.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
