CONVEYANCING LAWYER

Must be called to the Malaysian Bar.
1–2 years of working experience in conveyancing.
Able to commence employment by November 2026.
Good communication, drafting and organisational skills.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle files efficiently.
Handle conveyancing matters, including subsale and developer projects.
Prepare, review and attend to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and related legal documents.
Handle loan and financing documentation.
Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents and other solicitors.
Monitor transaction timelines, perfection of transfer and charge, and other post-completion matters.
Attend to stamping, registration and relevant land office submissions.
Ensure proper file management and timely completion of transactions.

LLB Hons Degree
