Location: Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru

We are looking for responsible and motivated individuals to join our legal firm. Fresh graduates and applicants without prior legal working experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Conveyancing Clerk:

• Assist lawyers in handling sale and purchase, loan and other conveyancing matters;
• Prepare and organise documents for signing, stamping and registration;
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government departments and other relevant parties;
• Monitor file progress, deadlines and follow-up matters; and
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

Litigation Clerk:

• Assist lawyers in preparing, filing and organising court documents;
• Attend to e-filing and service of court documents;
• Monitor court dates, deadlines and case progress;
• Liaise with clients, courts and other solicitors; and
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification;

• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions;

• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail;

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills;

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with some relevant experience in conveyancing or litigation will have an added advantage.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; and

• Possession of own transportation will be an added advantage.

Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
