Conveyancing Paralegal

£31-35,000/year plus great development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential and new build property transactions independently, from instruction through to completion
• Draft and review contract packs for freehold and leasehold properties, raising enquiries as required
• Provide clients with clear advice on legal aspects of property transactions, including covenants, restrictions, SDLT, leasehold/freehold titles and the Building Safety Act
• Ensure full compliance with SRA requirements, AML regulations, client care and professional conduct standards
• Maintain accurate and up to date records on the case management system, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met
• Deliver exceptional client service by keeping clients informed of progress, managing expectations, and responding promptly to queries or concerns

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep clients informed and manage expectations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
