Conveyancing Sales Advisor – 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

GOTO Group SA is looking for a Conveyancing Sales Advisor to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

The role will focus on speaking with clients and identifying opportunities to introduce and upsell conveyancing services. You'll need to be confident speaking with clients, able to understand their needs and comfortable explaining the benefits of the services we offer.

Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience in both conveyancing and sales. However, strong sales candidates with experience in estate agency or a similar property-focused environment are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing

• Contact and speak with clients to identify opportunities to offer conveyancing services
• Upsell and promote conveyancing services in a clear and professional way
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Handle sales conversations confidently and professionally
• Follow up with clients and manage opportunities through to the appropriate next step
• Work towards agreed sales and conversion targets
• Accurately record client information and sales activity
• Work closely with conveyancing and other internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the process

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• A confident and consultative approach to sales
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales
• Experience within conveyancing, estate agency or the property sector would be advantageous
• Previous conveyancing experience would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and good administration skills
• Able to work independently while also being part of a wider team

The ideal candidate

We're particularly interested in candidates who have a background in conveyancing combined with sales experience.

If you don't have conveyancing experience, we would also consider candidates with a strong sales background, particularly those who have worked in estate agency or property sales environment.

You should be confident speaking to clients, comfortable with sales conversations and able to build trust quickly.

Important information

This is a fully office-based position in Foreshore, Cape Town. There is no remote or hybrid working available.

The role supports a UK-based business, so you will need to be comfortable working UK business hours.

Pay: Up to R17 000,00 per month
