The Firm & The Role

Are you a conveyancing solicitor who enjoys managing files from start to finish and building strong client relationships? Our client, a well-established boutique South Brisbane firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing residential conveyancing files from A-Z
• Reviewing and advising on contracts
• Handling residential sales and purchases
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financiers
• Managing PEXA settlements
• Conducting due diligence and property searches
• Attending to post-settlement matters
• Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process

About You  
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Solid end-to-end residential conveyancing experience
• Sound knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing processes
• Experience using PEXA
• Excellent organisational and file management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• A client-focused and practical approach
