Powder Coating Conveyor Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the powder coating conveyor line.
• Load and unload components properly on conveyor hooks/hangers.
• Maintain proper conveyor speed and smooth material flow.
• Monitor the curing oven and coating process for abnormalities.
• Perform basic visual inspection of coated parts.
• Identify and report coating defects, breakdowns, and safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
• Follow company safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Meet daily production targets and support the production team.

Qualification & Experience:

• 10th / 12th / ITI preferred / Electrical Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience in powder coating, painting, conveyor operation, or manufacturing.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
