Conveyor Systems Preventive Maintenance Lead Technician
Step into a lead role that keeps high‑throughput distribution centers operating smoothly. As the PMI Lead, you’ll coordinate a responsive team, set the daily plan, and ensure every preventive maintenance task and repair lands on time, every time. You’ll also work to customer specifications, follow ASE protocol, and be fully capable of performing all Preventative Maintenance Technician duties yourself.
A day in the life
You’ll kick off the day by aligning your crew, reviewing priorities, and confirming tools, materials, and permits are in place. From there, you’ll rotate between hands‑on conveyor PMs, coaching teammates, and closing out paperwork—keeping efficiency, safety, and quality at the forefront.
