Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategically driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee business operations, strengthen organizational performance, and support sustainable growth.

This executive leadership position focuses on operational excellence, strategic execution, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast paced, technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience in SaaS, HR technology, artificial intelligence, or other high growth digital businesses, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's long-term vision and business objectives.
• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, finance, technology, customer success, and business development.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, profitability, and organizational productivity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through AI, automation, and data driven decision making.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, financial planning, and risk management.
• Support international business expansion and effective collaboration across distributed remote teams.
• Develop scalable organizational structures and strengthen internal communication.
• Build and mentor high performing leadership teams while fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years in executive or senior operational leadership.
• Proven experience in operational management, business transformation, and strategic execution.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, digital platforms, and technology-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, organizational development, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading geographically distributed or fully remote teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical judgment, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage organizational change and deliver measurable business results.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strong executive leadership presence.

Compensation

Proposed annual base salary: $200,500 – $280,500 USD, depending on professional experience, qualifications, and applicable employment location.
