Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization's operational functions and drive sustainable growth. This executive role is pivotal in shaping and executing our business strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing large-scale organizational change, implementing operational excellence initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity. As COO, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop strategic plans, oversee business operations, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with overall business goals, ensuring scalable growth and efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives by implementing process improvements, quality standards, and best practices across all departments.
• Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand revenue streams.
• Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support company transformation initiatives.
• Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial management activities to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
• Supervise senior leadership teams across various functions, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
• Lead project management efforts for major initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Maintain clear verbal communication with executives to report on operational metrics, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business operations management with a strong background in operational excellence initiatives and process improvement.
• Proven success in business development management and strategic planning at an executive level.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, large-scale organizational change projects, and program management.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational analysis.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with C-suite executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead complex projects while maintaining focus on strategic objectives; adept at data-driven decision making.
• Skilled in managing business development efforts to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within competitive markets.
• Experience overseeing operations management functions including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance measurement.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
