COOK POSITION
-Follow the instruction from the Head Chef
-Prepare & cook acording to the menu
-Ensure food quality
-Maintain cleanliness & maintain kitchen equipment
-Check the freshness & quality of ingredients (FIFO)
-Manage the food portion
-Work efficiently & cooperate with others
-Assist with kitchen closing & cleaning procedures
SERVER POSITION
-Able to speak basic english
-Greet & welcome guest
-Serve foods & beverages according to service standards
-Maintain cleanliness & organize dining area
-Check on guest regularly & respond to their needs
-Handle guest request n complaints politely
-Coordinate with kitchen & bar
-Assist with billing n payment
-Assist with opening & closing duties
-Work as team with other staff
